Create Web Application - Access Denied: Sharepoint

After installing Sharepoint Services 3.0 on Windows 2008 R2 I get access denied if i try to access the establishment of a web application anuova.

1) Bisong aeseguire Intenet Explorer with administrative rights (right click "Run as administrator")
